SIX!

It's my birthday! I got 6 one dollar bills from Uncle Gavin, Aunt Diana and Louis, so I can go shopping myself  and pick out my own present! From Mommy and Daddy, a new winter hat and a bracelet kit - - a fun activity book and more jewelry making fun! Lastly, new pink running shoes to keep me going fast! Aunt Sarah passed down another one of her mice (that's what I call them although Mommy says their bears). Fun things to draw and build from Grandma and Grandpa! Santa did not bring me the real phone with a purse that I asked for but Grandma fixed one part of that - a purse full of other essentials! My new purse fits me great! I always love my birthday celebration with all of my grandparents! As usual, we went to Knight's for dinner and a really big birthday cake! A big piece - with a big purple and silver flower - just for me! Cora enjoyed her first New Year's Eve celebration! We ended the night getting my picture with my purp

Ice Time

Three McKinnons in a row - on skates! Eve and I did well on our own but still love when Daddy pushes us fast!

Last But Not Least!

The mailman brought my present from cousin Louis today and I think it may be one of my favorites! What is better than one superhero costume? Well, four of them of course!

One More Holiday Celebration

We had a post Christmas Day celebration at Grandma and Grandpa's house! John always loves playing with Grandpa's trains. Sparkly Ella kept me smiling! Time for more stockings and presents! How many cousins can fit on my blanket? At least four. The fifth one was busy playing with his new firefighter legos. Ella loved her new sparkly markers and notebook we gave her and shared with Eve! Then she got her other drawing supplies and John joined into the festivities as well!

The Joy of Christmas

It was finally my first Christmas morning and Eve couldn't wait any no longer to open presents. John too. They were happy with a lego zamboni! Eve was VERY excited to get the white dog with a pink bow that she wanted (that she saw one time on a TV commercial)! I thought my new red slippers from my cousin Louis were pretty cool! I was quite interested in my new book! John loved his lego airplane with the guy that has a microphone with his helmet that he asked Santa for! This present thing is pretty interesting! Eve liked playing one of Mommy's and Daddy's game but it was kind of hard, so she got the same game at her own level. Smiles from everyone! The dinosaurs escaped the jungle and were in an epic fight. Three happy kids! Can we open these last presents yet?! Finally we got to the bottom of those stockings!

Christmas Lights

Who doesn't enjoy spending Christmas Eve at Grandma's house?   Cora is just wondering when we would be done with pictures so we can open presents! After presents, it was music time. I played a few songs but Grandma really showed me how to do it! I'm trying to learn from the best! Cora certainly had fun! Mommy and I took Conor for a walk and I got to be in charge. And we went running! Things got a little silly at dinner with John wearing Papa Joe's hat and Grandma's scarf! Then for the big excitement - we went for a walk through downtown Rochester to see the lights. I commandeered Grandma's phone to properly document the evening.   There were lots and lots of lights of all different colors! The purple ones were of course some of favorites! I took lots and lots of pictures! I let Mommy take one photo - but then I quickly took the duties back!
