That's a Wrap on 2020 - and My 1st Decade

My birthday was busy with lots of activities - starting with presents while still in pajamas.  I got lots of baking accessories - including pink sugar sprinkles. Dad remembered that I had my eye on a homemade planner kit when we were Christmas shopping together.  I had a large present that was hiding outside.  Growing excitement for -  A new big kid bike with hand brakes and gears! I proved you can even ride it in pajamas and slippers.  For lunch - a surprise to eat out at Bigalora! Our first restaurant adventure in months - eating outside in our own dome.  Dessert #1 for the day!  After lunch Dad stopped to get me a special balloon - that barely fit in the car with all of us! I put my new cake decorating kit to good use.  Who says you can't decorate your own cake?  Then - over to Grandma and Grandpa's house for some more presents and fun.  John may have been a little jealous that someone else got a big Lego kit!  And after dinner -...

A Really Early Morning

It was dark outside - very early. On our second attempt this morning, we finally got Mom & Dad to get out of bed  Let the Christmas shenanigans begin! Meet Winter - I was very excited to get a Husky (even if it wasn't real)! New basketballs for everyone to go with our new hoop.  More excitement for me by combining gymnastics and Barbie! John had to build his Ninjago Lego kit that I got him right away. But he would have to have a little more time to get into his Skull Scorer's Dungeon Kit.  Dad was happy to get not just one vest - but two vests from Mom! All the girls got new shoes to smile about.  2020 called from matching family pajamas (and Winter fit right in)! Waking up super early led to Cora falling asleep as soon as Grandma came over and started reading some of her new books.  More smiles and more presents with Grandma & Grandpa. Mom & Dad got into the holiday spirit - While Dad and John kicked it up another notch!

Bittersweet Goodbye

Last day of school for 2020 was also my last day of school with my teacher Ms. Bridget. We had so much fun in preschool together!

Early Christmas

Hoop, hoop! Mom & Dad got us a basketball hoop for Christmas. Since I was home, I got be the helper to install it. Pretty sure they wouldn't have been able to do it without me! Eve & Cora are going to be so excited when they get home!

Nite Lites Out

We drove to the Nite Lites show again this year to enjoy lots of fun Christmas light displays.  We had such a busy and fun weekend leading up to our Sunday night activity that I fell asleep on the way there.

Christmas Wishes

Eve had a big list this year.  A real dog made the list but she also had all the things you need to take care of the dog too, so she had thought it through.  I wrote down Cora's list for her (and maybe influenced a little bit).  If you can't tell, I want some Legos.  We didn't get to visit Santa this year, so instead we walked downtown and mailed our letters to the North Pole.
