Trick or Treat

Grandma come over to check out our costumes and hold down the fort while we headed out for some trick or treating! This owl was ready to go along with her pirate and Wonder Woman guides! We loved the lights and spooky decorations at one of our neighbors.  After watching Eve and John for a few houses, I quickly figured out what I had to do.  And filled up my own pumpkin all by myself! It was a successful evening walking around the neighborhood!

Halloween Warm-Up

Twas the night before Halloween and all the pumpkins were carved! I carved my pumpkin all by myself this year! We also got the bin of costumes from years past out so John tried out the dog costume that I wore for 3 years!  Cora tried on an old headdress from when Daddy was a little boy! Now that is some hair!

The Big House

Go Blue! We had to bundle up, but it was a fun day at the stadium!  Of course Eve and John loved the halftime show but we actually stayed for the whole game!

Team Wolverines

Flag football season is almost over, which means it was time for a team photo!

Fall Fun

It was a beautiful fall day for Eve's last soccer game of the season. Another win for the Flamingos! Cousin Louis was in town for the weekend so after lunch we headed out the cider mill for some good midwestern fun.  Everyone enjoyed the hayride! Selfie time by Eve, first with Aunt Diana!  And then with John! I thought this pumpkin from the patch was big enough.  Big enough to eat for a snack that is.  We actually snacked on real apples picked from the trees - and John showed is toughness by not flinching when a bee landed on his hand! Don't worry guys, I can get this one all by myself.  Well, maybe I could use a little help.  Louis had the right idea by just focusing on walking.  John kept sneaking off for more apples.  I kept wanting to give big hugs to Louis! Finally it was time to head back.  Eve and John worked hard to get our pumpkins safely back.  And had fun doing it!

Welcome to the Show!

I treated my friends to a great show at school today.  I made tickets for everyone and set up the chairs.  I created my stage and kept them entertained for over 10 minutes! August decided that he needed a front row seat.  My best buds stayed with me until the end!

Run, Run & Run More

For this year's Wines Run-a-thon, the Harris Hippies were ready for a blast! I started off running really fast! I slowed down a bit after a few laps but still collected a lot  of bracelets - one for each lap! My friends and I enjoyed cheering everyone else on -  and smiling for pictures!

Flag Football

My fall activity was learning flag football! It was fun running and holding my ball tight! No fumbles here! I wasn't the only one that had fun playing! Cora loved scoring touchdowns!
