Trying to wait patiently again.
Finally it started and John waved to the people in the parade.
And kept a serious eye on the parade the whole time.
I got a flag to wave (and a lot of candy)!
Back at home, having fun with our neighbor Ogden.
John held Ogden tight, while I pulled them around.

John found the best relaxation spot to watch the fireworks!
John fell asleep before the real fireworks started, but I stayed awake - and visible even in the dark!
