A Neighborhood Evening

I went for a walk in the nieghborhood with Mommy & John after dinner. We stopped at one of the parks and John and I went swinging together! After we went home, I ate a fresh tomato from the garden for dessert.  Before bed, I read stories to my dolls. It was a good night in the neighborhood!

Double Shoulder Rides

Daddy gave me a ride on his shoulders while walking downtown. I gave my pink elephant a ride on my shoulders too!

Pool time

We had fun times playing with Nathan and Ella at their swim club.  The kiddie pool was just the right size for me so I could roam around freely.  Sometime soon I'll be able to go in the big pool with them too! Nathan loves to hold his little cousin John!

FOOD!

C'mon Dad - I'm ready for it! That's what I'm talking about! More, more, more! I couldn't get it fast enough! Yummy!

Swingin' at Five

I'm already 5 months old! I'm getting close to sitting up all by myself! Silly Mommy - as Eve would say - putting a sticker on me! Swinging is big fun! Especially with my big sister! We got front ways and... ...back ways! Conor likes to come up to the park with us but he doesn't get to swing. Good thing Daddy has two arms because he has to push us both! Swingin' in the sunshine! Eve has a new task now too - pushing me! And she loves it!

Red, White and Blue! And Purple?!

We went downtown to watch the Fourth of July parade.  I had a good little watching post and liked seeing the marching bands the most!  Happy Fourth of July!  "Aunt" Courtney came over for some Red, White & Blue fun. She appreciated my purple sunglasses since it's also her favorite color! Silly John! Trying to eat my dress!

Fireworks!

We ventured to the little village of Manchester to watch a fireworks show. We went early, found a good spot, passed the time waiting for it to get dark by playing with bubbles and eating snacks. Thankfully, Daddy brought me some headphones so I was all prepared for the loud bangs! John had his own pair of headphones and he fall asleep just as it was getting dark. We broke out some glow sticks once the sun went down. Unfortunately, it started raining just after it got dark. We waited it out for a little bit but ultimately packed up all our stuff and was starting to head back to the car when -    - the fireworks started!  Hooray! Despite being wet and standing to watch the show, it was lots of fun! And most amazingly, John slept through all the loud firework bangs!
