Tree Trimming

After lighting the tree yesterday, it was finally time to add the ornaments.  Mom was in charge of passing the ornaments to us.  We all got turns.  With everyone wearing our matching pajamas! I was very careful with the ones that I was in charge of putting on the tree.  Eve was in charge of reading me bedtime stories by the fire(place).

Tree Hunting

A post turkey day adventure took us to the tree farm. We found a perfect tree - that fit just right on top of the Tahoe.  And really filled out the living room!

A Different Thanksgiving

Since we couldn't be all together with family this year, we had video calls with both sides of the family.  And still enjoyed all the normal Thanksgiving food for just the 5 of us!

Ready to Start

Coach - All I need is a pair of shoes and I'm ready to be your starting QB! Seriously, with this smile I will get everyone to do what I want!

The Cookie Dance

Who said you had to stay clean when making chocolate chip cookies?  And no one said you can't dance while baking either!

Family Time at the Park

It was a beautiful fall day at Hunt Park. Mom & Cora were all smiles in the leaves and sunshine. Cora really wanted to play some football.  But we were busy with a 3-person game of kickball.  I've got a lot of power behind my kick.  I usually get more air than distance.   With just three of us, there was a lot of running involved.  Then it was Eve's turn.  Another powerful kick! Back and forth we went.  We all had a blast!

Behind the Scenes

Cora was excited for her first soccer practice today (much happier to take a picture at home than actually participate with the other kids on the field)! Meanwhile, I got an awesome tour of the Thanksgiving day parade floats with my girl scout troop.  Mom was excited to see behind the scenes of the floats.  Ani and I wished that we could ride the reindeer from the famous float that carries Santa in the parade!

Last Pumpkin Standing

Dad helped translate my Trick or Treat note.  Looks like my Happy face lasts the longest!
