Until Next Time...

We spent our last morning having more fun in the sun on the beach. Eve enjoyed the water - and offered a helping hand. I decided the water wasn't too bad!

Under the Sea

Not too far up the road, we found a great aquarium where we could all see and be underwater creatures! And of course we had to take John's picture with the jellyfish!

An Action Packed Day!

Who's ready for some vacation golf?  We enjoyed a yummy dockside lunch. With some silly faces (and a lot of butter drips on my shirt from my crab legs)! After a relaxing afternoon at the resort, we headed out to another meal on the water - dinner at The Old Salty Dog.  Daddy snuck an under the table photo of John helping Cora find the pelicans! Cora liked watching the birds and the water It was a bit sunny sitting outside during the sunset - but we enjoyed the scenery! Bonus - we stopped for a special treat in St. Armands Circle on the way home!

Spring Training

Apparently we were the early risers at the resort! We sure had fun being the only people in the pool! I kept busy jumping and swimming while Eve helped Cora! After our morning pool session, we headed to Lakeland to watch the last Tigers home spring training game - right behind homeplate!  We found SouthPaw! Eve and I walked Cora over to the kids play area.  Uh oh, all this heat has shrunk us! Oh wait, these are just really big chairs! Big enough for Daddy to fit in with us!

Florida - Here We Come!

Safely boarded the airplane - almost ready to take off (once I actually sit in my seat and not on top of my backpack)! View of the gulf from our room in Lido Beach!

Problem Solving

I captured Cora using her problem solving skills - to get what she wanted!

Remembering Grandma

Today was the day to celebrate our Grandma's life, so I decided to start the day with something she loved - the piano! I was snoozing when Great Aunt Donna decided it was time to smile, laugh and play with us! I have some big shoes to grow into - these ones might be my Mommy's but I know that my Grandma left me with a good path to follow in!

Lots O' Cousins

Sorry Cora, you cannot wear just a onesie and a tiger hat to school today! We started the weekend enjoying dinner with our second cousins! And the big kids had fun together too!

May We Help You?

Spontaneous pretend play - I created my own waitress apron, complete with pockets for my pen and paper. As usual, John wanted to join in the fun. Can we take you order?
