It's that time of year again!

For football!! After our "curb"gate, we were ready to cheer on our favorite team! We had extra "suite" seats for this game! I could sit in my own chair to watch or - enjoy my window view!  John enjoyed cheering on the team! We are a True Michigan family! I loved cheering too! John loved running up and down the hallway (the new president even said "Hi" to him)! Go Blue!

Last Days of Summer

With our school closed today, we headed over to visit our cousins and enjoy a day at the pool! Eve and I had the kid pool to ourselves. I loved being able to float/walk around by myself! Everyone loved being in the sun and water! Trying to get a picture of all of us proved interesting since I didn't want Nathan sitting next to me! It ended up with big splashes everywhere!

Rolling Hills

We ventured out to the water park at Rolling Hills and I found a slide that was just my size to go on all by myself! Landing in a splash at the end! I got right up and kept going back to the top of the slide, again, again, again...

Too Quiet....

John and I were playing upstairs and Mommy began to wonder because it seemed too quiet for two kids to be playing - much to her surprise, we were quiet because we were sitting in John's chair together reading a book! Don't worry about us Mommy!

Frozen at the Pool

After dinner at our local hangout Casey's, we headed to Fuller Park. With our parents permission, John and I paid no attention to caution tape that surrounded the whole playground. We didn't find anything wrong! Then we headed to the pool - where we swam for a little bit and then watched Frozen outside on the pool deck! John and Daddy enjoyed it too. Frozen at the the pool in the dark!

Apple Strength

I was so tired at lunch that I didn't even make to my bed before falling asleep. After nap time, I was ready for a snack and fun adventures outdoors! Applesauce, yum. Apple slices, pretty good. Whole apples, yes please! After some of my apple, I was ready for some heavy lifting. Mommy said if I took the cushion off, I had to put it back. So I did, all by myself. With the cushion back (upside down), I had a good place to sit again.  And a great place to jump off of! Eve tried to tell me not to jump on the chairs (even though I learned it from her). So I went back to eating my apple.

Coldwater

We enjoyed a visit to our friend's cottage on Coldwater Lake. They had a big playground with swings for 3 out of the 4 of us kids! Eli and I took center stage on our boat ride. Going fast enough to blow my long hair back!  More, more more! This is awesome! Eve and Evan had fun together (and fighting over toys)! The best picture of all 4 of us. We were even color coordinated although our mommies did not plan that!

Dessert First, Dinner Later

We had an ice cream social after school today! I really enjoyed my ice cream but even more so the toppings! Eve kept watch over Thomas just in case he was going to leave anything in his bowl. After ice cream, we went over to Thomas' house for a pizza party where we got creative with seating. After dinner, Eve practiced her switch hitting skills. Eve and Thomas ended the night singing Row, Row, Row Your Boat together!
