Sunday Evening in Deep Waters

It was a nice Sunday evening so we went for a stroll through the Summer Fest along Ingalls Mall.  We spent most of time watching the water at the fountain (that is named Sunday Morning in Deep Waters)!

Take me out to the ball game!

My first Tigers game was a big hit - literally! A Tigers grand slam in the bottom of the first was a good way to start the game that ended in a big win! Despite all the hitting in the game, I was mostly mesmerized by the gigantic scoreboard (directly above Mommy's head when she took this picture)! Eve was super lucky and got a real baseball from the nice usher who showed us to our seats.  Eve and Daddy had fun watching the game together. But Eve had the most fun riding the Tigers at the carousel! All she keeps talking about now is going to the Tigers game again!

Daddy & Eve are Friends

We had a wonderful day outside today for Father's Day. We went for a long walk around the river (and I found a golf club and ball, more on that later) and enjoyed playtime in the backyard! Daddy and John smiled together. We gave Daddy a Frog and Toad t-shirt and I got one too!  Daddy and Eve are Friends! My favorite Frog and Toad stories are "Ice Cream" and "Cookies"! I got my first golf lesson with my new club. First, you have to properly line up your shot.  It is very important to concentrate and keep your eye on the ball. And follow through! My current swing style is with a left, one-handed grip!

Choo Choo!

We visited the train cars that were stopped downtown today! I got to go inside the double deck passenger car! Maybe someday soon I'll get to go for a ride on the train!

Running, Smelling, Running (& Napping)

We visited the Peony Garden today and I found a great hill to run up! And down! Almost to the bottom! Oops! Wasn't ready for that! I'll try again though! Mastered! Oh yea, after running up and down the hill, I finally decided to go see the pretty flowers!  Pink! My color! Smelling! I loved the pretty peonies! Where did Eve go?! After smelling the flowers, I went back to running on the hill! Oh yea, John was with us but he was napping the whole time I was running & smelling!

Four Months Young

I'm four months old already! I smile all the time and at most everyone, but... ...I save my biggest smiles for my sister Eve! Eve, of course, wanted to get in the pictures and stickers. She's 2 - years not months that is. I'm starting to do lots of new activities, like trying to get my fist in my mouth. Trying my hardest to roll over. I can get onto my side but that's it for now.  And I like to be on my tummy!
